- Once you’ve made an eBook purchase, you will receive : ”Activate your account” email from LST Productions. Once you activate, you will receive an email: “Your account is active”. Save this email, maybe label it and/or save it in a special folder, this email will always give you access to your books on any of up to three devices with its link.
- On whatever device you want to read your eBooks on, open your email and Click the provided link to connect to your eBook library and the eBooks you’ve purchased. (Workplace computers and work phones are not recommended because of their security blockage). Be sure to access the library within the first 24 hours.
- The link will bring you right to the LST Productions Website.
- On a computer, click on the eBook library button on the upper right hand side of the webpage, or on a cell phone click on the stack of three lines on the upper right, and select library.
- Enter your email and password that you set up during your eBook purchase.
- Your purchased eBooks are now available to you. They open with an embedded reader.

On a desktop or laptop computer:
Option 1: Use a Web Browser.
Access the ebook link.
Open the link in a compatible web browser.
Use the built-in reader: The embedded Kotobee reader will be automatically used to display the ebook.
Option 2: Download the Kotobee Reader App.
Download the appropriate version: Choose the version compatible with your operating system (Windows or Mac).

Install the app: Follow the on-screen instructions to install the Kotobee Reader on your desktop.
Login using your same email and password.
You will have access to all your purchased books on this reader.
On a cell phone or tablet:
- Open the : ”Your account is active” email and click on the link provided.
- On the three lines at the upper right select the eBook library.
- Your purchased books are here available to read, and come with an embedded reader.
Or download the Kotobee reader from your app provider and login. Your eBooks will be available to read.
Suggestions:
Please don’t try to install your eBook Library on more than three devices, as that will then require us to do an account reset and you will temporarily lose access to your library.
If you are having trouble installing the app version of the library on your computer, go to your antivirus software settings and allow the library app as an exception, and try again. (Sometimes antivirus software can be overprotective).
Accessing your eBook library on work devices is probably best avoided because it might be blocked.
Be sure to keep your library access email carefully, you can label it, and/or store it in a folder.
Troubleshooting
Access link in email no longer working: Even though I purchased the books, my access link in the email isn’t working. Solution: You may have waited too long to access your library, this needs to be done within 24 hours. Just contact us and we’ll resend the email link to you.
Blocked access: Using a work device, your company’s security system blocks access to your ebooks or activation email.
Duplicate accounts: I set up two accounts with the same email by accident. Now I don’t have access. Solution: Contact us and we’ll delete the extra account, that will get it working again.
eBooks not showing up: I don’t see my purchases in my library or in my app?
Solution: To see your library be sure to login to the reader app. Or try the Add a Book button to see if you need to import your already downloaded books back into the Reader.
Email not received: I don’t see my activation email.
Solution: It is probably in the spam folder, or you were using a work phone or computer that blocked it. Look in the folder, or only use personal devices.
Solution: Use only personal devices.
Reader not working: After downloading the Kotobee reader, it’s not working.
Solution: Check to make sure you downloaded it for the correct operating system.
Registration form is not working: During registration my email is not being accepted by the form.
Solution: Occasionally, people need to type out their email during registration or password reset, because the email autofill function can interfere, (why is a mystery).
Too many devices: You stop getting access to your eBooks after adding a new device.
Solution: You’ve probably exceeded the # of devices allowed (maximum 3). Contact us and we’ll reset your account so you can regain access. Let us know which device to delete access.
Upgrading my device: I am upgrading to a new device, and so I will exceed my 3 device limit.
Solution: Contact us before accessing your eBook library on your new device, and we’ll delete the specified old device access for you.

Accounts: How many accounts can I set up with my email address?
You can only set up one account per email address. More will create access problems.
Additional eBooks: What about purchasing additional eBooks?
You can purchase additional eBooks via lovesextrustproductions.com site or within the Library app. When you purchase additional eBooks, you will receive a Receipt of Purchase via email only. The eBook will be available within your library.
Device number: How many devices am I allowed to download an eBook Library on?
Three and only three. You can access your Library via any three devices, e.g., desktop, mobile phone, tablet.
If you’re upgrading to a new device, and will exceed your 3 device limit, contact us before accessing your eBook library on your new device, and we’ll delete the specified old device access for you.
Duplicate accounts: What about two different accounts with the same email address?
This would create an authentication error. You won’t receive new books in a second account, and it may interfere with all your access. To delete the second account,
email [email protected] and we can restore your access.
Email: How quickly should I expect to receive my Welcome email?
The initial email may take a few minutes to reach your inbox, depending on your internet speed.
Error messages: What do these error messages mean?
Incorrect password.
- Solution: Reset your password, (you may have forgotten your password) Exceeded limit of devices. (3 total)
- Solution: Contact us and we’ll delete the extra one you specify for you.
Font Size: Can I change the font size in the Kotobee reader?
- Click on settings at bottom right of screen.
- Click on Edit Font size in settings to the right of the screen.
- Click the minus or plus Font size symbols at the top of the screen.
Glossary: What’s the eBook terminology that I need to know?
- eBook: an electronic book digitally accessed.
- eBook Library: where your purchased books are stored.
- Kotobee Reader (App): software application that allows you to read your eBook and access your Library of one or more eBooks. The icon is a purple book image. They can not access any private data. Your eBook comes embedded with it, and you can also download the reader app to your computer or cell phone from Kotobee.

- You can purchase individual eBooks, a Developmental Category of eBooks, or all 24 eBooks.
- Purchasing all 24 eBooks gives you a discount of 50%, ideal for professionals or deep divers.
- If you need around 10 books or more, consider the “Purchase All” option, it is likely to be a better value.
- Purchasing eBooks individually or by developmental category reflects set price.

PDF: Can I get my eBook in a PDF format? Do you have a hard copy?
- No PDFs will be available, except the workbooks, but there will be paperbacks available soon.
- Due to intellectual property guidelines, we don’t distribute PDFs.

Spam: How likely does an original Welcome email go into spam?
Very unlikely. Don’t forget, if you’ve previously purchased eBooks, you’re not waiting on an email for your additional eBook. The first access email gives you access to all your eBooks.
Time Limit: What’s the time limit on my eBook purchase?
There is no time limit on accessing your eBooks.
